1. When will I be charged?
If your ordered product is available for immediate shipment (within 2-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

5. What happens if I received damaged items?
First of all, inspect the products. If there is damage, please do not throw away packaging. We will need that to file a claim to freight carriers. Please emails us with photos at firstname.lastname@example.org
For damaged items, we pay the return shipping.
6. What happens if I don't like it?
Please notify us for return. We will send you a return instruction. Buyer will pay the return shipping cost for buyer's remorse situation.
The return item MUST be in its original packaging, and MUST be in an unaltered, uninstalled, unused, resell-able condition. Otherwise no return will be accepted.
7. What is included in the Vanity?
Most vanities include cabinet, countertop and sink. Some products have options to buy matching mirror, faucet and backsplash. Each product page mentions what is included and what is not included.
8. Can I get an update on the order status?
Yes. We send out email when you first order the product. If you opt-in SMS text, we also text you directly.
When the product is shipped, we send you email and SMS text (if you opt-in) for the tracking information.

9. Which States do you ship?
We ship to 48 States. We don't ship to Hawaii and Alaska.
