Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Damages:

Please inspect all shipments upon arrival. If damage or loss is apparent upon delivery, do not accept the shipment until you make a notation of the damage on all copies of the carrier's Bill Of Lading. Have the driver sign all copies to acknowledge the notation.

In the event you have signed for a shipment and there is concealed damage do not throw away the packing materials or cartons or there will be no basis for a claim. Contact us    immediately (no more than 24 hours after delivery) via email returns@glamnchichome.com 

Please follow the instructions indicated above, so we will be able to file a claim for damage.

Take pictures, If you have a camera or digital camera, photographs that record the date on which they were taken will help to speed the claim process.  Please send photos to returns@glamnchichome.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.  Keep all packing materials and boxes with the damaged product. Do not throw anything away until the claim is settled.

Damage caused during moving (tipping over) or during installation is not a defect or warranty issue and will not be considered as such

Any shortages and defects must be claimed within five (5) calendar days after receipt of goods. 

 

Returns:

Please contact us returns@glamnchichome.com within 30 days after receipt of goods.  We will start return process and send you the return instruction. Don't send back without contacting us first. 

  1. Send an email to us at returns@glamnchichome.com with the subject line “RMA Request for [insert your order number]”. Be sure to provide a brief description of your Reason for Return.
  2. If your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Upon receipt of the RMA number, you will have 2 weeks to return your item to the shipping address provided.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, the credit will be issued within 7 business days to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

 

Buyer’s Remorse/Ordered Incorrectly:

You may return any item that is still in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns of vanities that have been installed or are missing packaging, no exceptions.

Customers who place orders online are responsible for the accuracy of their product selection and information entered. If an order needs to be returned or canceled after it has already shipped due to buyer’s remorse, this will incur a 25% restocking fee. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Product damaged during the return due to lack of proper packaging will not be credited.  The return item MUST be in its original packaging, and MUST be in an unaltered, uninstalled, unused, resell-able condition. Otherwise no return will be accepted. 

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.

Order can be canceled for any reason and a full refund will be provided if merchandise has not been shipped.

If you order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

Please note that we strive to ship out your order ASAP for your convenience. Once items are in transit, we “CANNOT” cancel the order.

 Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
